Week 5 Preview: Moose to play twice

Week 5 Preview: Moose to play twice

SCFAHL

There are three unbeaten teams in SCFAHL after four weeks of play, and in the first weekend of November, two of them will face-off in a pair of head-to-head games.
The Richmond Devils (4-0-0) are on the road for two games with the Kamloops Vibe (5-0-1), playing in the Ice Box Saturday afternoon and at McArthur Island Sunday. A sweep would allow the Devils to take over top spot in the eight-team league. Anything less and the Vibe will maintain their first-place standing.
The third undefeated team, the Meadow Ridge Moose (4-0-0) , will also play twice. They are in North Delta for a game Saturday afternoon with the South Fraser TNT (2-2-1), before playing at home Sunday night against Simon Fraser University (1-3-0).
The busiest team in Week Five will be the Trinity Western University Titans (0-7-0). They host Simon Fraser Friday night at the Langley Events Centre, and are at home again Saturday afternoon with the Delta Jets as the visitors. The Jets host TWU Sunday at the Great Pacific Forum in a makeup game that was originally scheduled for Oct. 13 but was postponed due to a power failure.
